Job Summary

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and inform interventions. Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective support plans and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Lead workshops and trainings for staff and parents on behavior management and mental health awareness. Partner with community resources to provide additional support for students and families. This role operates within the William S. Hart Union High School District, requiring a Master's degree in School Psychology and a valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential with School Psychology Authorization.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • A valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential with a School Psychology Authorization
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment techniques and evidence-based interventions for a range of academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Familiarity with special education law and the IEP process
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
