Job Summary
As a licensed Psychologist at Appalachian Community Services (ACS), you will administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families. Your role includes documenting findings in the EHR, consulting with multidisciplinary professionals, and providing family counseling to enhance treatment outcomes. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology, have current licensure in North Carolina, and experience in psychological testing and treatment planning.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure (or license eligibility) as a Licensed Psychologist in the state of North Carolina
- Experience in psychological testing, diagnosis, and treatment planning

- Strong clinical skills in administering and interpreting cognitive and personality assessments
