Psychologist

Operates as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician. Provides counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness, with collaboration from a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy, interviewing and assessing patients and families, coordinating internal and external services, arranging discharge planning and referrals, facilitating case reviews, participating in staff training, and contributing to patient education. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced outpatient setting at the Cibolo clinic; relocation bonus available and base compensation determined by experience.
