Job Summary
Operates as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician delivering counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness, within a multidisciplinary team at Family Care Center. Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, patient interviews and assessments, coordinating internal and external services, discharge planning and referrals, coordinating with the care team on discharge readiness, education for patients/families, training new staff and interns, and participating in weekly supervisory meetings. Requires Doctorate (PhD or PsyD), state licensure, and at least 2 years of relevant experience with adult, geriatric and/or child/adolescent populations; includes potential relocation bonus and compensation in the $109,200–$153,000+ range based on experience, with bi-weekly premiums and possible bonuses for specialized services (TMS & IOP). Located at the Queen Creek Clinic, AZ, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and research; no on-call, weekend, or evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required
- State licensure Ph.D. or Psy.D. required
