Psychologist- Competitive Pay - Needham, MA

Licensed or license-eligible Psychologists to provide outpatient mental health services in a multi-site practice. Flexible hybrid schedule may include telehealth from a home office and in-office work. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions for adults and/or children/adolescents with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, and behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. Opportunity to supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows, run groups, participate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and support through credentialing, insurance authorizations, and billing processes. Salary model estimates range from $115,000 to $147,000 annually based on productivity, with 100% employer-paid malpractice and a sign-on bonus.
