Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing to inform treatment planning. Provide written reports to clients and deliver individual therapy across the lifespan as needed. Develop strengths-based treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals such as pediatricians and attorneys. Maintain accurate documentation adhering to APA ethical standards and NC licensure requirements. This 1099 contractor role supports a practice of 33 clinicians across four locations, offering flexible scheduling with furnished office space or remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a psychologist in North Carolina
- Clinical experience with children, adolescents and adults
- Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnostic evaluation tools and report writing (e.g., WISC, BASC, ADOS)
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and managing sensitive medical records securely
