Psychologist

Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate functioning, support diagnosis, and guide treatment planning. Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological testing as clinically indicated. Provide evidence-based therapy using modalities including CBT, trauma-informed care, supportive therapy, and crisis intervention. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nurses, and other team members to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care. Provide patient and family education, resource linkage, and advocacy. Offer supervision, mentorship, and consultation to psychology trainees and licensed therapists. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case consultation and department activities. Requires a doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program, NDSBPE certification prior to start, and BLS within 90 days.
