Psychologin / Psychologen (w/m/d)

Conduct psychological suitability assessments for candidates and employees of railway and transport companies, carefully evaluating diagnostic results to derive evidence-based suitability judgments. Maintain regular contact with clients in the railway and transport sectors to coordinate examination orders and organizational workflows. Contribute to the standardization and development of diagnostic processes by creating statistics and evaluations that support quality assurance and decision-making. Optionally provide psychological counseling and engage in emergency psychology work depending on interest and qualification. Perform these duties in full or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours) within the Munich area, with potential travel to Augsburg for cross-site collaboration.
