Job Summary
Facilitate equal-status interactions with psychiatric patients through conversation, shared meals, creative pursuits, and light physical activities in communal spaces. Maintain a clean and organized therapeutic environment while respecting patient dignity and safety without engaging in clinical coaching or accessing medical records. Participate in structured onboarding, digital group supervision, and role-play training to refine your approach to patient contact. Commit to a minimum of six to twelve months, typically four hours or more per week, with flexible scheduling across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Je volgt een academische studie psychologie, forensische psychologie of orthopedagogie e.d.
- Je hebt affiniteit met de cliëntengroep.
- Je wilt en kunt op een gelijkwaardige en informele manier activiteiten met GGZ-cliënten doen.
- Je bent je ervan bewust dat inhoudelijke begeleiding en behandeling niet aan jou maar aan de professionals is.
- Je bent sociaal vaardig en kunt op jouw eigen gedrag reflecteren.
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
