Job Summary
Provide low-intensity psychological interventions as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the TEWV/Humber NHS Trust collaboration at HMP Hull. Assess and manage referrals, deliver guided self-help and psycho-educational CBT-based support, work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate outcome measures and data, support service performance and timely access, and build partnerships for continuity of care post-release. Travel between prison sites with work-time expenses covered; uphold safeguarding, DBS and regulatory requirements; maintain professional registration and engage in supervision and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) aligned with the IAPT Low Intensity National Programme; Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Therapies; Accredited PWP with BACP or BPS; Post-qualification experience delivering full range of IAPT low-intensity interventions; experience in stepped care; DBS and Home Office Prison Clearance; Data Protection Act familiarity; professional registration; ability to use standard IT tools; driving licence and access to a vehicle
