Job Summary
Psychiatrist sought to join an established mental and behavioral health system in the New York City metro area. Candidate will lead the medical aspects of the practice, including oversight of nurse practitioners, and participate in treating patients across ages with mental health and substance use disorders. Requirements include double-board certification in Neurology and Psychiatry and either a Buprenorphine provider credential or willingness to be trained. The position may involve contracts related to Workers' Comp cases. The system emphasizes current practices in medication management and therapy, and offers flexible weekly office hours with both full-time and part-time openings.
