Job Summary
Oversee OPPE, FPPE, PI/Quality, and utilization review committees while managing physician recruitment and retention for a 10-practitioner medical staff. Maintain a case load of 8-10 patients and lead the Leadership Team at this 120-bed psychiatric facility serving adolescents, adults, and older adults across inpatient and PHP levels of care. No routine weeknight or weekend call is required due to 24/7 on-site physician coverage. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified
- 5 or more years of experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Passion for providing excellent care in a cost effective, changing healthcare environment
- Ability to oversee OPPE and FPPE processes
- Ability to oversee PI/Quality program
- Ability to work with utilization review committee
- Ability to work with CEO in physician recruitment/retention
- Ability to carry a case load of 8-10 patients
- Availability for 24/7 on-site presence
