Job Summary
Contract psychiatrist providing evidence-based, whole-person mental health care via live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, risk assessments, and development of patient-centered treatment plans. Must be board certified in psychiatry, hold an unrestricted Illinois license (DEA license preferred), and have an office space to see clients. Remote work is supported; contractor operates within Lyra Clinical Associates Network and coordinates with Lyra Health providers.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
- Unrestricted state license in Illinois (other states a plus)
- Active DEA license (preferred)
- Office space with ability to see clients
