Conduct direct mental health treatment for Medicaid and Medicare patients, with 99% of care currently delivered via telehealth and transitioning to a full clinic model. Manage rotating on-call schedules involving weekly phone coverage every six weeks, while performing home visits exclusively during business hours. Lead the evaluation and iteration of the whole community health care model, leveraging technology to drive improvements in patient outcomes. Board-certified psychiatrists with three years of experience are required, with a preference for those working in public mental health and managing co-occurring substance use and mental health diagnoses.
Required Qualifications
- Washington, DC license
- Board-certified Psychiatrist
- 3+ years' experience providing direct mental health treatment
- No restrictions on your ability to provide care to Medicaid or Medicare patients
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with patients in public mental health
