Job Summary
Part-time, board-certified Psychiatrist to join an outpatient team serving patients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, older adults) with up to 20 hours/week, non-benefit eligible, no after-hours call. Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, DSM-5-TR diagnoses, medication management, measurement-based care with rating scales, collaborative care with therapists and APPs, crisis assessment, and potential supervision of APPs. Practice settings include in-person and telepsychiatry within a multidisciplinary, team-based model. Emphasis on evidence-based treatment, shared decision-making with patients and guardians when applicable, and participation in quality improvement. Education/Experience requirements include MD/DO, psychiatry residency, board certification, and an active license; outpatient experience and adolescent experience are preferred. Prolonged sitting at an office desk; telepsychiatry and collaboration across care teams are highlighted; schedule flexibility and no after-hours obligations are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program required
- Board certification in Psychiatry required
- Active, unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s) required
