Psychiatrist (Outpatient)

Psychiatrists needed at LifeStance Health for 100% outpatient care in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The role offers flexible telemedicine and in-person work with both full-time and part-time options. Candidates must be fully licensed in Kentucky (BE/BC) with an unencumbered DEA. Ideal candidates will have experience in medication management and psychotherapy and be comfortable working with children, adolescents, or across the lifespan. Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s). 100% outpatient, no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends, with telemedicine and in-person flexibility. Compensation can exceed $345,000–$385,000/year (productivity-based), plus sign-on bonus and full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, EAP, etc.). Newly designed offices and strong work/life balance with administrative support and digital technology support. Also note collaboration with mid-levels is optional.
