Locum Tenens psychiatric services for adults with severe mental illness at an outpatient facility. Provides remote/telehealth care 40 hours per week using the SmartCare EMR. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits with appointments scheduled for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Complete all documentation within three business days of each appointment using concurrent documentation practices during appointments. Shift is day, with 40 hours per week; no call required.
