Job Summary
Psychiatrist needed for locum tenens coverage on an inpatient adult psychiatry unit. Evaluate, manage, treat, and discharge adult psychiatric patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and coordinate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams. May provide coverage for consultation liaison services to the medical hospital; responsibilities include daily patient evaluations, detailed documentation, and ensuring continuity of care. Day shift, full-time assignment on-site at a Regional Medical Center in New Jersey with potential CL coverage and collaboration with treatment teams.
