Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychiatric coverage for a substance abuse prevention and therapy facility near Carson, California. Manage 10-12 follow-ups and 2-4 intakes daily, performing initial evaluations in 60-90 minutes and medication checks in 30 minutes. Complete EMR notes in 24-48 hours using EXYM, with in-person coverage highly preferred. Work a part-time schedule of two days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) from 9 AM to 5 PM. This assignment supports a program emphasizing work readiness and life skills development for patients of all ages.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification Required: Negotiable
- EMR is EXYM
- Must work both days of the week between Tues, Wed, and Thursday
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must complete notes promptly (24-48 hrs. to complete notes)
