Job Summary
Provide crisis response services for adult patients during day and overnight shifts with in-house call requirements. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide immediate intervention for acute mental health needs. Review assessments, manage admissions, and respond to medical emergencies and codes within the emergency department setting. Utilize prescriptive authority to support acute care delivery. Variable case load with part-time 24-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification Required: Negotiable
- Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes
- Must be available for day shifts
- Must be available for night shifts
- Must be available for in-house call
- Must be able to review assessments
- Must be able to manage admissions
