Provide comprehensive psychiatric care via Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model in community settings including private residences, shelters, and public locations during Monday–Friday business hours. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and ongoing medication management for adults requiring community-based care. Maintain detailed patient records in EMR and ensure compliance with community mental health protocols. Requires board certification and prescriptive authority; 40 hours/week; on-site with no call.
