Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care for adults in a county-operated behavioral health clinic. Work a Monday–Friday day schedule on-site (32-40 hours/week) with no telehealth option, performing 90-minute initial evaluations and 60-minute medication management visits for adults with serious mental illness, using the myAVATAR EMR system for documentation. Credentialing is expected to complete in 3-5 weeks. Case load: 10-12 patients per day with on-site support staff; patient population is adults. Shift hours are full-time (40 hours) with a focus on outpatient behavioral health within the county system. This locum assignment emphasizes dedicated psychiatric care in an on-site setting.
