Job Summary
Lead clinical operations and manage a regional network of psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, overseeing onboarding, training, and provider selection. Mentor staff to foster a collaborative environment while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Drive regional strategy aligned with organizational goals by analyzing data to identify trends and improve care delivery. Maintain a personal outpatient clinical practice specializing in interventional psychiatry, including TMS techniques, and communicate effectively with physicians and stakeholders. Requires Board certification, state licensure, and unencumbered DEA.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in corresponding state of clinic location
- Experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS
- 2+ years of demonstratable leadership experience, ideally with a multi-clinic organization
- Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background
- Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card
- Willingness to travel on occasion
- This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check and drug screen upon hire
