Job Summary
Maintain a personal outpatient clinical practice specializing in interventional psychiatry while providing clinical leadership and mentorship to psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in your region. Implement company onboarding and training policies, lead provider interviews, and oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Drive regional strategy aligned with organizational goals, analyze healthcare data to identify trends, and communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. Candidates require board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, licensure in the state of clinic location, and experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques such as TMS.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in corresponding state of clinic location
- Experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS
- 2+ years of demonstratable leadership experience, ideally with a multi-clinic organization
- Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background
- Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card
- Willingness to travel on occasion
- This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check and drug screen upon hire
