Job Summary
Maintain a personal outpatient clinical practice while managing psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners across your region. Implement onboarding and training policies, lead provider interviews, and mentor staff to foster a collaborative environment. Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, while driving regional strategy aligned with organizational goals. Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and communicate effectively with physicians and stakeholders. This role supports Serenity Healthcare's mission to redefine mental wellness through advanced interventional treatments like TMS for patients who have not responded to other therapies.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in corresponding state of clinic location
- Experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS
- 2+ years of demonstratable leadership experience, ideally with a multi-clinic organization
- Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background
- Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card
- Willingness to travel on occasion
- This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check and drug screen upon hire
