Job Summary
Psychiatrist needed for on-site psychopharmacological consultation, assessment, evaluation, and treatment for children and adults in an outpatient clinic in Acton, MA. Responsibilities include conducting lab and diagnostic tests, developing and following up on care plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and external partners, and providing direct care, counseling, and teaching to patients and their families. Requires MD and Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Massachusetts license, and experience with trauma-informed models. Salary range $125-$140 per hour (annualized to $260,000-$291,200), Part-time schedule (8-16 hours/month). Benefits include licensure reimbursement, health benefits, retirement, professional development, PTO, and a $2,000 bilingual bonus for language skills. Will travel between locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- MD and Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Massachusetts Licensed Physician
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have clinical experience working with adolescents, adults and families
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, travel between locations may be required
