Psychiatrist – Inpatient or Outpatient

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients across the lifespan while managing care in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications tailored to individual needs, providing follow-up care to ensure patient progress and treatment adherence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, documenting all encounters accurately in the EMR and complying with clinical standards. Contribute to quality improvement and best practice initiatives within this well-established behavioral health program serving diverse populations in East Texas.
