Job Summary
Diagnose and treat mental illnesses through psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, hospitalization, and medication management. Provide clinical services to patients by evaluating disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring medical stability. Review medical information to offer recommendations, complete care plans and documentation, and maintain confidential records in accordance with federal, state, and corporate policies. Practice within defined medical protocols while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requires MD or DO degree, state licensure, board certification in psychiatry, and current DEA credentials. Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule at Rolling Hills Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
- Licensed in the state in which the facility(s) operate
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Current DEA credentials to prescribe controlled substances without restrictions and per regulation within the state in which the practitioner will be working
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' post graduate degree practice
