Job Summary
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management and therapy while conducting hybrid sessions that combine in-person and telehealth appointments. Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice to ensure coordinated care, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management
- Comfort with hybrid/telepsychiatry modalities
- Excellent communication skills
- Cultural competence
- Empathy
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
