Job Summary
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care in a hybrid (in-person and telehealth) multi-specialty Bronx practice. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with medication management and therapy, conducting hybrid sessions, collaborating with primary care providers and specialists, maintaining compliant medical documentation, and delivering culturally competent care. Requires MD or DO, New York license, and Board certification or eligibility. Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and telepsychiatry/ hybrid modalities; strong communication, empathy, and collaborative skills. Salary range $240,000–$260,000 per year; flexible full-time or part-time schedule; visa sponsorship opportunities; benefits include PTO, retirement, commuter benefits, and loan repayment.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active New York State Medical License (Required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management
- Comfort with hybrid/telepsychiatry modalities
- Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
