Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available, with training provided for those without prior TMS or ketamine experience. This outpatient-only practice offers no call, an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, and a flexible 4–5 day schedule. Serenity Healthcare combines medication management with advanced treatments to help patients achieve meaningful, long-term improvement, particularly those who have not responded to traditional approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
