Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required, as training and support are provided. Serenity Healthcare combines medication management with advanced treatments within a highly supported outpatient model featuring an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio. The practice offers no call, a flexible schedule, and access to a national network of psychiatrists.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
