Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while prescribing and managing psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required, as training and support are provided. This role features no call, an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, and a flexible schedule of 4–5 days per week. Serenity Healthcare combines medication management with advanced treatments within a supportive, physician-led culture.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
