Psychiatrist Full Time

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required, as training and support are provided. This outpatient-only practice features an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, ensuring psychiatrists focus on clinical care without administrative burden. The role offers a base salary of $300,000 with incentives, no call requirements, and flexible 4–5 day schedules.
