Job Summary
Conduct A195 consultations with K630 extenders and perform short-term K198 follow-ups for patients referred exclusively by primary care physicians. Manage one-off consultations for returning patients requiring medical support and join assessment teams to provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations and same-day treatment plans through the clinic's proprietary One-Day Assessment Model. Work with a multidisciplinary team of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals specializing in attention difficulties, ADHD, ASD, and comorbidities including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. Schedule includes one day per week (8-hour shift) with opportunities to increase hours. Compensation involves retaining all OHIP billings plus $225 per hour for non-billable time, with a $10,000 signing bonus for in-person commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) with specialized training in mental health/psychiatry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for and experience working within multidisciplinary teams
