Job Summary
Supervising psychiatrist role providing leadership within an integrated, physician-led care model for residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Work with a tightly integrated team of primary care and mental health providers to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care in long-term care settings, lead a team of midlevel providers and collaborate with psychotherapists to implement best practices, and offer teaching opportunities. Emphasis on patient-centered care delivered where patients live, with clinical judgment guiding outpatient and facility-based psychiatry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
