Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and manage mental health conditions, and prescribe medications within an outpatient, primary care–embedded setting. Collaborate daily with on-site therapists, care managers, and social workers to contribute to coordinated care plans and participate in interdisciplinary case reviews. Help refine and scale the MindPATH behavioral health platform while mentoring advanced practice providers and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- Active state medical license (or eligibility)
- Strong diagnostic and medication management expertise
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (Athena preferred)
