Job Summary
Provide psychiatric care to Soldiers and their families as part of the U.S. Army health care team in White Plains, NY, with opportunities for leadership training, humanitarian missions, and advanced treatments. Requires Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from a U.S. medical school, current U.S. medical license, board eligibility, completion of a psychiatry residency, U.S. citizenship, and age 21–42 (waivers on a case-by-case basis).
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. medical school or osteopathy program
- Current license to practice medicine in the United States (US, DC, or PR)
- Eligibility for board certification in psychiatry
- Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship
- Completion of a psychiatry residency/training program in the U.S.
- U.S. citizenship
- Age between 21 and 42 (waivers considered)
