Job Summary
Provide daily psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults enrolled in PHP and IOP programs. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, manage medications, and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Lead multi-disciplinary clinical teams and oversee treatment recommendations while adhering to documentation protocols. Participate in utilization review, quality assurance, and professional development activities to meet established RVU and treatment benchmarks. Join the largest PHP/IOP provider in Illinois as we launch our new Falls Church, VA location in early 2027.
Required Qualifications
- BE or BC in Virginia
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain Virginia license and DEA certification
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure within states Compass provides services
- Skilled in psychopharmacology and the evaluation and treatment of mental illness
- Experience with CBT, DBT, and ACT therapy modalities
- Excellent communication and executive functioning skills
