Provide medical leadership and clinical oversight for hospital operations, leading quality, performance improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives. Collaborate with the medical staff and hospital leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care while supporting physician recruitment, engagement, credentialing, and peer review activities. Maintain an active clinical practice caring for psychiatric patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and hospital standards. This Board-Certified Psychiatrist will serve as Chief Medical Officer at Millwood Hospital, combining executive leadership with direct patient care within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
