Job Summary
Facilitate patient-professional collaboration at all levels of health care and monitor therapeutic treatment for patients with psychotic disorders. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures, incorporating clinical guidelines into daily care. Recognize and value differences within the care team to create a setting conducive to opinion-sharing while using information technology to deliver safe and efficient care. Requires 1-2 years in a related field with preferred inpatient behavioral health experience; active American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is mandatory. Night shift rotation from 6:45pm to 7:15am with three 12-hour shifts per week.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in related field
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Rotating Weekend requirement
- Rotating Holiday requirement
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Non-nicotine use
- Non-marijuana use
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in inpatient behavioral health setting
- Minimum of 1 year of Inpatient Psych experience
