PSYCHIATRIC SPECIALIST

Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care for psychiatric adults, observing patients and assisting with activities of daily living while maintaining a clean environment. Perform basic nursing care, observation, and reporting documentation, and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed. Work in behavioral health units with capacity for 14 to 23 beds, including a 6-bed ER pod serving adults, adolescents, and children. Maintain strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and ensure positive patient interactions. Requires CNA certification, CPR certification, and 1-3 years of experience.
