Job Summary
Assist and support residential clients in daily living skills and healthcare needs while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Provide positive role modeling and ensure respectful, culturally appropriate communication. Complete schedules, notes, and shift logs in the EHR, adhering to HIPAA, CARF, and Maryland State Regulations. Work three or four overnight shifts including weekends as part of a full-time role. This Certified Community Behavioral Health Center serves the Eastern Shore with outpatient therapy and primary care.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Valid full driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 3-day or 4-day work week
- 3-4 overnight shifts
- Saturday or Sunday availability
- Full-time employment
- Maintain total confidentiality
- Adhere to HIPAA law
- Adhere to CARF accreditation standards
- Adhere to Maryland State Regulations
