Job Summary
Provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across behavioral health populations, including neuro-focused care on units for adolescents, general adults, geriatrics, mood disorders, and transitional youth; supervises non-RN staff, serves as charge nurse, and coordinates and evaluates plans of care with the healthcare team; supports evidence-based nursing responsibilities such as airway management for neuro patients, trached care, specialized neuro procedures, teaching programs, and patient/family education; demonstrates competency in neuro assessment and equipment use, and contributes to unit operations and performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
