Job Summary
Conduct crisis intervention, assessment, and medication management for individuals with serious mental illness and developmental disabilities within a behavioral health urgent care team. Begin with comprehensive daytime training before transitioning to a permanent three 12-hour night shift schedule, while receiving full-time compensation for 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PA
- At least 3 years of clinical experience working with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
- Proven experience in assessment, crisis management, and medication management in outpatient or inpatient behavioral health settings
- Must be available for night shift
- Must be available for three 12-hour night shift schedule
- Must be willing to begin with comprehensive daytime training during standard programming hours
- Must be willing to transition to the permanent three 12-hour night shift schedule
