Job Summary
Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices to skilled nursing facilities across Maine through remote telehealth. Manage caseloads and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs while providing assessments, diagnostics, and treatment services. Offer psychoeducation and medication education to patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary facility teams. Complete timely documentation within 24 hours and ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings. Earn as a 1099 contractor with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, no on-call, weekends, or holidays, and receive paid training, ongoing education, and physician-level consult access.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed PMHNP in the state of Maine
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations
- Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
