Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Outpatient Mental Health

Provide medical and psychiatric care for mental health and substance use disorders within CHBS/CCBHC, including Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) and Suboxone waiver; conduct comprehensive psychiatric and SUD evaluations, order labs, collaborate with supervising psychiatrist and Treatment Team, supervise/coordinate patient-care staff as assigned, and participate in Quality Improvement and Utilization Management programs. Maintain credentials and comply with regulatory standards; engage in continued education and staff training; deliver integrated treatment through the CHBS Treatment Team with consults and joint treatment plan reviews.
