Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults in a group practice setting using evidenced-based, medically driven treatment. Manage clinical excellence while delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare through in-person visits and digital health telemedicine. Maintain active Texas DEA licensure and hold ANCC Board Certification as a PMHNP with at least one year of post-training experience. This hybrid role requires two days in-office at 5300 Democracy Dr, Plano, TX, with candidates based in the Houston/Dallas area. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $230,000+ based on productivity, including a sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus incentives. Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Texas as an APRN with PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC
- Active TX DEA
- 1+ year of PMHNP Experience post training
