Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings via in-person clinics or telehealth. Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of mental health issues using an EMR system that supports electronic prescribing. Collaborate with dedicated professionals and support staff who manage credentialing, insurance authorizations, scheduling, and payments to maintain a successful practice infrastructure. Work a hybrid schedule including telehealth from a home office or one of our office locations across Massachusetts. Earn annual income between $200k-$257k based on a productivity compensation model.
