Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations, customizing practice between medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend. Set your own pace by determining preferred caseload and patient volume while collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. This part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) role offers Monday–Friday scheduling with optional weekends, a hybrid model allowing work from home with as little as one day in-office, and a compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000 based on productivity.
